Very noisy
January 29, 2023You hear every footstep in the apartment above you. At first I thought it was just the people above us, but after they moved out and new ones moved in it was the same constant stomping noise. Plus anytime someone goes up and down the hallway stairs it's very loud. It basically sounds like a constant thunderstorm. If you're looking for a quiet place to live keep looking.Review from Apartments.com
Superb
November 8, 2018Cannot say enough about the staff and living accommodations at Robin Oaks. Timely responses by maintenance, friendly and easy to work with office staff, quiet environment, and friendly neighbors. Could easily be more expensive for the quality of the apartment. Never once had any issues with the stove, sinks, bathroom, oven, or fridge. Maintenance always provided ample warning of when repairs or updates will be made to your apartment. No complaints, minus office staff
July 21, 2016I've lived here for over a year now and really think it's a great place to live, reasonable rent with a great maintenance staff that's quick to fix anything that goes on. My one complaint though, is the office staff. In my opinion, after they hook you to sign a year lease, the customer service isn't there. It's almost like after you sign, they just want you to pay your rent and don't bother them for anything. If you ever have any questions for her, she real short with you and again, comes off ...like you're bothering her. Don't feel it's appropriate way to treat customers. I guess it irked me enough to write this review.Property Manager Responded
