Do not rent from Sandy
February 1, 2016Sandy is a terrible property manager, a liar, and will take your deposit for PRIOR tenants' damage. Make sure you have them change the carpet if it is bad because she will keep your money stating YOU destroyed it. She has NO photos or PROOF that I destroyed it because a PRIOR tenant (who was absolutely disgusting) destroyed it! She also sent me absolutely NO notice that I would not be getting my deposit back, which she CANNOT DO! I had to contact her, at which point she told me I would not be ...getting back ANY of my deposit. Stay away from this place!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
