December 6, 2025Living in this apartment has been an excellent experience. The cleanliness is consistent, and it shows in every common area and throughout the property. Maintenance is one of the strongest points: any issue that comes up is resolved the same day, with a team that is always diligent and professional. The place is very quiet, perfect for resting and feeling at home, and it’s also very well located, close to everything you might need—stores, services, and transportation options. New management made big improvements
November 7, 2025I moved here almost 2 years ago when I took a job at Nucor Steele. Everything was mostly OK, but the new manager that started a couple of months ago really made such a big improvement in everything I felt it merited a review here. It's been like night and day, everything is cleaner, more orderly, and it just feels improved in every way. My maintenance requests receive immediate attention, and I always see the maintenance guys busy and keeping the landscaping nicely trimmed.
