Avoid at all costs

An absolute dump. Been here for nearly two years and cannot wait for my lease to expire. Doors thar close, wild animals in the hallway, and a management staff that only cares about you when the rent is due. It's a shame too because the location is great, but everything else is a complete rip-off. Please avoid, I wish someone had told me to!

I wrote this complex an email stating i was interested in a 2 bedroom apartment. I got an email a week later stating they had a 2 bedroom available and they could do a tour before 4:30 that day, I called them immediately, left a voicemail. I called them them a second time, i drove there to see if maybe i could just talk to them in person and i couldn't even find their lease office. I then write them another email the next day (not even 24 hours later after getting their email) and i get a rude ...

response telling me the 2 bedroom is no longer available and that they tried to contact. So not only are you not going to answer your phone, call me back, be at your office during the hours your supposed to be open, and send me an unprofessional email, your also going to lie to me. This place is a joke. I hope you don't waste part your day off like i did for this place.

Left a message a received a call back about a week later the woman i spoke with said she would be at the office for me to pick up an application at 4:30 and there was no one there so i waited 25 minute and still nobody came. I can't imagine how it is for tenants when a repair or such is needed. Didn't even receive an apology

The price isn't bad, it includes heat water and gas at 690. It's right across from the Rochester park so its good if you have kids and its not to far from downtown Rochester. You can walk there so its convenient.

Ludlow apartments is in a wonderful location for a great price. I have run into maintenance issues, but the apartment managers are easy to talk to and always willing to help. The apartment was clean, spacious, and just a great place to move into as my first place.

I think they may need help, because I never heard back from them. I called and left a voice message and asked to see the property, but no one called me back. I then went to the location and they were out to lunch so stopped back by when they were suppose to be back and they were still out to lunch. It was so disappointing.

Had troubles with noisy neighbors upstairs,heat was difficult to control via thermostat-may have updated by now-check on this item.basement apt are very convenient.speak to prospective neighbors before you sign lease.The place was usually plowed well from snow.I would look here again,just be thorough-as with any apartment complex.
