Completely unreliable staffing, wouldn't recommend gambling

I've lived at this property in the past with a friend, and experienced the same issues. As have several other people I know in the area. When applying for the property for a condo for myself, it took over a week of calling, emailing and leaving messages to get any answer. I finally received one call back late in the evening after many days and attempts to contact Mark, the property manager. I returned this call within 3 minutes, it rang 3 times and went straight to voice-mail for that and every ...

subsequent attempt. I was able to get in contact over email, however after setting a time and date to see the condo and commuting 45 miles, no one ever showed up to the appointment. I suggest tenancy at this property if you enjoy gambling with the place you'll be living and having zero communication or support from the property manager. Can't imagine the assistance you'd receive were you in need of real help.

These apartments are nice because they have alot of living room space and the kitchen is great. However some of the buzzers on the front of the building dont work properly and the building itself could use a new paint job , also some of the patios are rusty. Community washer and dryer in the downstairs by storage space costs about $1.75 to wash and dry a load of laundy.
