She also makes move ins easier and is keeping the property up to date. Making our community looking good and a nice friendly quiet place to live at. This is the perfect place to be!!! February 28, 2019I’ve lived here at Camden Oaks for almost 2 years now & love the large floor plan of the apartment especially for the price. Recently we received new owners that really care about the community & are doing many new renovations & the maintenance personal are awesome. They really know their stuff & they get things done efficiently & correctly the first time. I’m disabled & love living here. I feel very safe, and I love the new management & all of my neighbors are really awesome any time I need help ...with something all I have to do is ask. I know you all the nice renovations on the outside but just wait until you see the remodel on the inside as well this place is turning into some pretty nice apartments and now with all the extra added amentities as well like security,a brand new business center and weight room which they are currently working on now and other future upgrades to the playground area and property as whole as well.. ...Stacy and Meredith really know there stuff and have worked hard along with allied properties to really turn this place around and make it a safer , happier and quieter community. Nice quiet place to live at an affordable price
January 16, 2019I have lived here for five months and in the past few months the new management team has been a HUGE improvement over the previous management that was here when I moved in. The new management team has been doing a complete makeover of the buildings and grounds and the work really shows! I have had a few maintenance issues and they have been quick to get it fixed. January 9, 2019When I moved in last year the apartments were going downhill quickly. I definitely was not going to sign another lease. Thank God Allied Properties took over and we are seeing great improvements. The new property manager couldn't be any nicer and they have some great plans in store to make this place even better!
