NOT WORTH IT
May 27, 2021Please look else where I’f you could. This place keeps raising the rent on the property but everything else is still old. You only get 1 parking per apartment not per person. Only 5 washers in the whole application complex witch is about 5 buildings. And 3 out of the 5 are ALWAYS broken.Property Manager Responded
August 9, 2021We hate that you dont feel the property is worth the cost. The property was sold at the end of 2020 and we immediately began upgrades on the property. We have also completely upgraded the pool area, installed a fitness center and began roof replacements. The laundry room was planned to be upgraded as well but the vendor has been delaying due to machinery shortages during covid. We hope to change your mind because we feel the property is a great area to live.

Not very nice!
September 3, 2018I have lived here a short time. It does not look at all like photos. It's dirty and run down. Laundry is a joke,you have to use a card for. Management says they'll get to problems and never does.i have seen roaches already. G lad my lease is only 6 months. I'm for sure leaving this dump.Property Manager Responded

Bad
June 19, 2018I used to live in a one bed apartment with swamp cooler. The worst apartments i have lived in. Neighbors smoke all the time inside and out cigarettes and marijuana and comes in through the vents. You have to turn swamp cooler off if you live in studio or one bed and refrigerated air in 2 bed. Management never whants to do anything about your situation. Gates open cars and apartments exposed at all times management always gets mad when you complain. Every unit thats vacant has had a drug ...dealer, homeless ect. Living in it. Not safe for families with children. They charge to much rent for little space. Offices staff and maintenance rude attitude all the time. They never get they're work done. Reaches, bed bugs and spiders all the time. Every new manager says different and sets different rules. Only few have actually followed new mexico housing rules and violations. If you want to get you're tenat rules violated and evicted for complaning or wanting a better environment. .. Than this is your apartment complex. I had to move and still considering a law suit against them... Do not move here read reviews, check property out day and night before you move in.Property Manager Responded
