Peaceful & Spacious
August 27, 2020Retired, sold our house & moved here. Snow removal & lawncare are all taken care of and we love it! Management and maintenance personnel are professional, respectful and prompt when responding to all requests. Appreciate having brand new appliances with no maintenance headaches living here! New construction of the new buildings is fun to watch as well as the wildlife by the pond. Quick access to downtown shopping & dining as well as I94 for commuters. Great Complex
August 26, 2020We've lived here for a little over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the property, the management and the other tenants. It is a new complex so there is still a lot of construction and movement in the area but it is not loud and has no impact on us inside our apartment. The property manager, Zach, is attentive and quick to respond with anything needed. Issues with maintenance (which are few and far between for us) are fixed quickly and professionally.
