Best place I've ever lived!

The entire staff-Tina, Vicki, Carolyn, Jeremy, Mikayla, Angie, and Rachel(back in the day) were instrumental in making my apartment, my home for 18 years. Absolutely wonderful staff that always immediately addressed any issues and took the time to listen me. It's tough to move on, but time to buy a house. I'll REALLY miss Rock Creek!

Best apartment experience ever!

Everybody from the the office ladies to the maintenance staff were awesome, friendly and willing to help with anything. The maintenance crew fixed all problems within 24 hours. I lived there for three years and it was always quiet, the people who lived around me were friendly and it's great access to the interstate as well as lakes and running trails. The pool opens earlier in the season then anywhere else and stastays open later. Best apartment experience ever.

I loved living here. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Easy access to the interstate and 370. Close to a lot, especially trails. Nice neighbors. Safe area. I’m currently looking to move back to the Omaha area and this place is number 1 on my list!

I have lived in numerous Apartments over the years. Rock Creek has been the best for me. Anytime anything is needed for my apartment they are quick to respond and fix whatever the problem is. I must have gotten lucky because my complex is super quiet. Sometimes I think I am the only one living here. The office staff is very friendly and willing to help. I also live 3 minutes from work which is another perk. I haven't tried the pool or workout room yet. I just signed up for my second year.

I have only lived here for 6 months but I love it so far. I have had some issues with my dishwasher but the maintenance people have always come out right away and made sure all of my concerns were taken care of. I have had to call twice for emergency maintenance and they have been there within 10 minutes. Nothing major was wrong so worries there. I plan on renewing my lease when it comes up. I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely can't wait to move when my lease is up. The first year I was relatively happy and had no problems with the staff or the apartment itself, so I renewed my lease. This past year, however, has been a living nightmare having been infested with bed bugs THREE times in 5 months. After each treatment, I was declared bed bug free upon the two week follow up inspections and yet I am deemed the one to keep re-introducing them. My significant other had a pest ...

company come check his place and they said he does not have them and I don't believe my work place has them because my coworkers have said they don't have them. I have paid for every single treatment (close to $2000 total) since this is "an isolated incident". I have seen numerous other treatments being done at nearby buildings and I believe this is a property issue that the manager needs to own up to.. The ONLY thing this complex did right was hiring efficient maintenance staff. They are on the ball and get things fixed promptly. Other than that, the office staff are nice to your face but all they want is your money - they don't really care about you.

Office staff are friendly and very helpful. Had two small issues when I moved in. One was fixed within an hour and the other was fixed the next morning. Maintenance is superb here. The apartments are well laid out and well maintained. The grounds are also well maintained. My only complaint - and it is a small one - is the plumbing is kind of loud. When the people above you turn on their shower or flush their toilet, the water pipes are really loud. However, you get used to it and it really ...

The rent for a one bedroom is a tad on the high side, but in the end it is well worth the money. If you want a quiet (for an apartment), well maintained and clean place, look at Rock Creek. Vann realty runs this place the way an apartment complex should be run.

At Rock Creek, the staff has been incredibly helpful by offering suggestions on how to save money on my electricity bill, giving specific instructions on how to use the washers and dryers in the provided laundry facilities, and even providing a menu for a nearby Jimmy John's. In addition, upon moving in I found that there was an issue with one of my doors, so ...

I let the staff know on the inspection worksheet and someone came by to fix it the next day. My commute to work and school is cut in half with the close proximity to the interstate, and the fact that it is across the street from a beautiful lake makes Rock Creek the perfect place for a first time renter like myself.

My family has lived here for several years and LOVE it!! The staff in the office are so kind and helpful. If there is a maitnance issue, they take care of it right away. My daughter loves the pool and playground. The school busses pick up and drop off at the clubhouse. Lots of families here so there are lots of kids for my daughter to play with. I love being next to chalco hills, bike trails, parks and fishing right across the street.
