Beware of this apartment!
August 15, 2023This apartment is trash!!!!!!!!!!! My ac is broken nobody has said anything about it being fixed. My ceiling is leaking put In a report a year ago still hasn’t been fixed they just come spray paint over it. Beware of this apartment. Full of roaches. They don’t fix anything and they do not care. Can you imagine getting off work with your 5yr old begging for you to cut the air on but you can’t because it’s BROKEN!!Review from Apartments.com

It's Okay.
January 3, 2021Can't get ahold of anyone in the office easily. Water is not included and it's turned off multiple times a month With very little or no advance notice. It can be quiet. My neighbors have been great for the most part. Smells of weed. I do enjoy the way our townhouse looks. Again it's hard to get in contact with anyone in the office. May 29, 2019We have lived here over a year and absolutely LOVE IT! My children have made some wonderful friends, and everyone is so great its like a big family here! They are always doing cool things to involve the kids, like the fall festival and spring fling. Michelle is always trying to doing nice things for the residents and families. I especially loved the drive through breakfast, where she stood outside and gave us donuts and juice on our way to school and work :) I've lived in several apartment ...complexes, but never one where it was actually like being a part of a family. we just love it hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very nice apartments and Quiet neighborhood
September 24, 2018We have lived here for seven years and we love it. It is very quiet here and people do not bother you are get in your business. The property manager, Michelle does a great job and is very efficient in her job. The maintenance crew responds in a very timely manner and are also very friendly. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath townhouse and it is very spacious and nice! We would not live anywhere else. Nice property with expert property management and maintenance
July 29, 2016I have lived at Rock Creek for over 7 years and am extremely pleased with the property. Apartments are spacious and my 2 bed/1-1/2 bath townhouse is very nice. The property management is great, responding in a very timely manner to all calls. The property maintenance team does a very good job and is very thorough with any work order requests. During my 7 years of residency, I have resided there through about 3 property managers, and Michelle (property manager for about the last 4-5 years) ...does an excellent job. She dedicates herself to her position and is tireless in her work ethic. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice, quiet living experience.
