Please look else where I’f you could. This place keeps raising the rent on the property but everything else is still old. You only get 1 parking per apartment not per person. Only 5 washers in the whole application complex witch is about 5 buildings. And 3 out of the 5 are ALWAYS broken.

  We hate that you dont feel the property is worth the cost. The property was sold at the end of 2020 and we immediately began upgrades on the property. We have also completely upgraded the pool area, installed a fitness center and began roof replacements. The laundry room was planned to be upgraded as well but the vendor has been delaying due to machinery shortages during covid. We hope to change your mind because we feel the property is a great area to live.
