Horrible experience

Do you like hypodermic needles laying everywhere? The smell of Marijuana and transients constantly surrounding you? There is a very serious homeless problem right in front of this property. How about banging on your front door at 230am from a crackhead homeless person? Not only that the owners don't care about privacy or maintaining any of their apartments here. This place is a complete dump. Move here and you'll find out soon enough.
