Noise
August 19, 2022The apartment itself is actually fairly nice. Very spacious. What makes this community absolute hell are the neighbors. Since this is a “family friendly” apartment community, there are endless kids that love to run at all hours of the night, making it a nightmare to live in the unit below theirs. Same for the laundry facility: people will do their laundry in the middle of the night with zero regard for the people in nearby units.Review from Apartments.com
Upgrades Community
March 28, 2017I have lived here for quite a few years and have seen numerous upgrades by the Property Owners. Everything from new windows, a new playground and last summer the parking lot was completely re done. The apartments are fairly large , most have new cabinets and new appliances and nice tile bathrooms. The rents are very reasonable especially considering that GAS and WATER ARE INCLUDED! These apartments are in a great location, bus stops and Metro are easily accessible. Some apartments seem to have ...issues with bugs but management is very attentive to this situation and as long as you cooperate with the treatments, get the apartment ready as stated in the notices, then the issue is quickly fixed. Lastly, the parking is not great but Management is taking care of that problem because they are currently issuing new parking permits to all residents and getting rid of the cars that dont belong here. Bed bug & cockroach kingdom
July 4, 2016We lived in this apartment for a while. Bed bugs and cockroaches comes out from ceiling lights, plug points and many other places. They come often with treatment because it is a never ending problem. Almost every month we have to completely clean out the kitchen and place all of our stuff in the living room.We don't recommend these apartments for anybody.Review from Apartments.com
WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE!
June 21, 2016This was one of the worse application process I've ever been through for an apartment. From the first day I called to apply as well as when I came in person I was treated rudely and was handled in a curt manner.
