Beautiful Apartments, Outstanding Staff
December 4, 2025I would recommend Rock Island Ridges to anyone who is moving to the Ft. Benning/ Columbus/ Phenix City area. These are by far the best and most beautiful apartments with the kindest staff. Rock Island Ridges offers stunning apartments that truly feel like home. They have lovely amenities, including a community center, gym, and pool with pool deck seating, cabanas, and outdoor grills and fire pits. The apartments are spacious, beautiful and very well cared for. The grounds are kept clean and ...beautiful at all times, the community is gated and is extremely safe. Additionally, the staff at this community are outstanding. They are incredibly kind and welcoming, and extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have. AMAZING PROPERTY
September 18, 2025I really enjoyed my time at Rock Island Ridges. Everyone is very nice and really eager to make sure the space you call home is absolutely perfect. They really make this place special. The maintenance team is phenomenal and they work very quickly to resolve any issues. I also loved the scenic aspect of RIR. It’s very peaceful and helps keep you grounded! I would definitely make this place my number one choice if I were moving to Columbus or Phenix City.Property Manager Responded

Great Place!
January 18, 2025I love living at RRR. I just signed another lease. Me and my husband lived here in 2017-2018 until we bought a house. We enjoyed it then. My husband was one of those people that was friendly with everyone. I lost him in 2019. I finally decided to move back to RRR because of the staff and the security. I feel safe here. I can be on the third floor without climbing stairs because they have elevators. I have military neighbors and fill safe with them around me too. Everyone is so neighborly here. ...That's what we are known for in the south. I love the brightness of the apartment and huge closet! Ha! Management is always great along with the maintenance team. When I need something done, even a light bulb changed they are on top of it. I am almost 70 and can't do what I use too but I know with the RRR team they are only a call away. I love RRR! Wouldn't Live Anywhere Else
December 13, 2023I have been living at Rock Island Ridges at Riverchase for 1 1/2 years now. I am so thankful that my husband and I made the choice to make these apartments our home. As I wake up in the morning, I am greeted by a beautiful view, a friendly atmosphere, and a place I feel safe. The office staff is amazing. They are always there to answer any questions for me. The Best Apartment to Live
April 1, 2023My husband and I want to take a moment and recognize the staff and our experience at Rock Island Ridges. We were one of the original residents and lived there for over five years! I can't speak highly enough on how much we enjoyed all our time here. We have both lived at other apartments before and this apartment complex cannot be beat. The staff have become family, and Ursula the property manager leads her team and the demonstrates the level of care for the residents to the highest degree. The ...grounds and property are so clean, and if we ever needed anything the staff was eager and ready to help. Not to mention the dedication the staff takes to create experiences for their residents from summer luaus, to food and clothing drives for the community, gift wrapping stations at Christmas, and understanding that our "fur" babies are truly family members too. We love the dog parks that are included throughout the apartment complex and that they even have a "Pet of the Month" contest! And, if want to talk about beauty, you can't beat the views that you have when you are at this apartment. This team understand the importance of treating you like family. We will always remember this apartment as our first home together. The first home we brought our sweet baby puppy Rivie too, and the first home that started our foundation for the future. Amazing apartment buildings and staffs
November 6, 2022Ursula and the rest of other staff members are always so kind and helpful. Their work is so amazing. They always keep the property in nice condition and are always making effort to keep the great community in the property. I’ve never seen such nice apartment buildings and management staffs before. I moved to the other apartment for my job change recently, but I’ve already missed the property and I hope to stay in the property again if possible. The Standard for Apartment Living
October 26, 2022My wife and I have lived in multiple apartments in multiple states, but these are by far the best. Not only are the actual apartments upscale and modern, the staff is top tier. Management knows your name, emails are answered promptly, and the grounds are superb. The staff has created a family atmosphere with having events and fun contests for residents. There are also elevators in each building, which makes bringing groceries or furniture in a breeze. Not to mention the pool, dog parks, 24hr gym ...and access to Lake Oliver for fishing and boating.
