January 14, 2026It's been a nightmare, the conditions of the Apartments are terrible, so much problems moving in, problems with heats in the Apartment I'm into, trash everywhere, restroom bath ?? big problems, I'm very disappointed with everything, Apartments in very bad condition, I was thinking at first went I was applying that was a very good option, but I'm not happy with the reality in this community, I'm sorry but it's way I feel about my experience.Review from Apartments.com

Fine place to live, just not in Building N
November 11, 2025General: There was a cockroach infestation that wasn’t properly managed. We were being grandfathered into a paid parking program. We kept getting passive aggressive emails from management. We were severely overcharged for our apartment. Move-out process: People were nice but we didn’t get specific answers about what we were expected to replace/repair (e.g drip pans). We were charged for helping to prevent further cockroach infestation.Property Manager Responded

What amenities?
February 15, 2025I have lived here for 18 months the pool was first closed and they didn’t start working on it until a good 8 months later. It’s still being worked on. The gym closed over 6 months ago and prior to that it was just a hot dirty room that kids played in.Property Manager Responded

One Star is Too Many
March 22, 2024Management: rude, condescending, lazy, unavailable, unresponsive Maintenance: see above and add that when they do show up they leave the apartment trashed Amenities: pool hasn’t opened in 3 years. Local junkies shoot up and sleep in fitness room. Squatters: no less than 5 empty apartments within 50 yards of mine are constantly taken over by transients and homeless I’d be happy to give anyone a personal tour of this dump so that you don’t make the same mistake I did. You should pass on this place
March 24, 2023Not a great or even decent place to live... It's VERY dirty and I have seen lots of homeless people outside of my apartment recently. I am not impressed with how management has handled many of the situations that have popped up. Example: My apartment constantly smells like cigarette smoke and they have done NOTHING about it even though I have reached out multiple times. When I moved in (the peak of summer) my air conditioning was broken. They did nothing about the situation for 2-3 weeks. Not to ...mention they didn't finish cleaning my apartment upon my move in date and the maintenance team had left tools all over my apartment. There's dog poop and trash EVERYWHERE. I do not recommend anyone moving here... You can find places right around the same price (might be a little more but it's 100% worth it) in this area. I'll leave an update when I move out to see how much they try to charge me for my apartment smelling like cigarettes and weed even though it is from neighboring apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Less than 1 star. They'll rob you blind.
March 30, 2022Advenir is constantly grabbing cash where ever they can. Their billing process is confusing and inconsistent. They will rob you blind. Amenities are not kept up and closed often. When I had to prorated my last days, they raised my rent and chrg me $300 short term lease fee. Avoid all Advenir properties.Review from Apartments.com
