Not Worthy of One Star
September 7, 2022Dogs off leash or tied outside (violation of lease), packages stolen from porch, marijuana smoking, non-existent property manager, dirt bikes and 4-wheelers allowed to ride all over the streets and yards, rent increased twice in one year, police called to development several times a month, complaints are made, but nothing is ever done. PLEASE do not rent from this company!!Review from Apartments.com
Cleaning Up
November 7, 2019The new office staff at Rock River Townhomes are very nice and the maintenance staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents. They try to complete all work orders in a timely manner and they are friendly with the residents. Unprofessional

Great Place To Call Home
May 23, 2018Many new updates have made this a beautiful place to live. It is close to town but yet the county atmosphere is very relaxing. The apartments are large and roomy with some of the most spacious ones I saw when apartment shopping. The office staff is very polite and the maintenance staff makes repairs in a timely manner. The kids love the two playgrounds and my hubby finally got his garage/Man Cave!Review from Apartments.com
