Dated and constant bug problems
December 5, 2025Ive never written a negative review for an apartment complex but i cant bottle up my feelings with this place. It sucks. The baseboard heating thermostats do not work, its either run 24/7 or shut off every 5 mins regardless of the actual room temperature Weatherseals both for the front and rear door were missing and maintenance/apartment staff would not replace leading to snakes and bugs entering constantly. Appliances are all 25+ years old. Constant issues with the dryer not drying however ...my biggest problem was with a dishwasher leaking. Maintenance advised me to soak seals in mineral oil to give them some more life… WHY NOT JUST REPLACE THEM SO MY KITCHEN WOULDNT FLOOD? Siding was falling off back patio when i moved in, upon move-out they attempted to blame my grill for it. For the amount of money this place asks and for the lack of amenities/modern conveniences its a complete joke. You can find better for the amount theyre requesting. Would highly recommend avoiding any rudeen managment run buildings as they are ALL like this.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very Nice, Modern.
July 30, 2015Units are clean and fully equipped with amenities, better than most in the area. Prices are fair and parking isn't terrible. There is plenty of nearby street parking and that's a plus. Very quiet and peaceful complex. It's within walking distance to the grocery store and the gym among other stores and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
