Horrible
January 26, 2022There are rats and roaches!!! We have made several complaints about this issue and there has been no resolution. We can literally hear rats in the walls of our apartment. The office staff don’t seem to care and are often rude! They don’t even answer the phone !I can’t wait until my lease is up the place has been a nightmare.Review from Apartments.com

New Management Sucks!
January 23, 2017DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE. Hallways are currently littered with trash, its a revolving door as far as neighbors , buidling is old. I have cracks and splits through my apartment that they continue to spackle over. I have been here two years, they keep switching management and owners. Was not the bad until the newest owner took over here in November. My bathroom ceiling has been leaking amongst a host of other issues . The new rental property manager Lana, is clueless. I called to ...report the issue back in November, she told me she would put in a work order. I patiently waited, and waited no one came. I call , no answer & vm consistently full. When its not full i left messages and no one returned the call. I had to take off work to go into the office, where her and the head maintenance man were. He advised "I never got that work order" clearly she wrote my name on a sticky note and left it at that. He came right away fixed one issue and that was it never saw or heard from anyone again. I went through the same run around leaving messages and no one answering to finally on Jan 5th explaining the issue still persists and she told me she would send someone first thing in the morning. No one ever showed AGAIN i called and called no response. Finally they appear on Jan 13th to spackle over the leak and leave my roof spackled to "DRY" until the next day. No one showed or came back until finally Wednesday the next week. I dont blame the maintenance people , I blame her because if I have a disgruntled tenant who tells you its causing mold and you have a 5 month old with breathing issues i would make sure they are completing the work. She has no clue what she was doing and in her words "i have 168 apartments honey" she has no clue what she is doing and clearly is out of her element. She refuses to give me the owners information or property management company now in charge so that is another issue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 27, 2015On the quest for my new apartment, I came across Rock Springs Apartment in Morrisville, PA. The staff treats you like your royalty and caters to your individual needs. The approval process was simple along with signing the lease. The apartment is very spacious, allows me space, and enough room for clothes and storage. I also feel secure in the fact that when I leave for work my apartment will not be broken into. The appliances are top of the line and the apartment is easy to climate control. August 10, 2015location and the office staff are great, but buildings are way outdated. took a very long time for them to come and make repairs when I first moved in.
