April 6, 2021Horrible maintenance. Nothing gets fixed or replaced. Kids destroy everything and play with the garbage. Homeless people live in the laundry facilities and do their business down there. Waste of money. Better places around.Review from Apartments.com

Not really worth it

Rockaway Gardens
August 30, 2015Well my apartments are great. Great neighbors, peace and quiet. The kids are always outside plating and running around. My mom is the hard worker of the house. The rent for a two bedroom is about 1450. She doesnt make what she used to and has trouble paying rent sometimes.Review from Apartments.com
