Ever since the property got new owners and new management I have seen huge improvements. When I need something done in my apartment it gets taken care of in a timely manner. Another thing I really enjoy about this property is how quiet everyone is around here. I also enjoy the people and families that live here they all are super friendly around here.

Building has ants in it and maintenance just hands you a can of spray. The ceilings look like they’re going to fall in on you and the stairs are extremely dangerous. The windows don’t lock even after you show maintenance the issue and the landlord does nothing. Always problems with the heat coming on in the fall. Not well maintained at all and noisy.

apartment is about 150 feet from railroad tracks. trains go by all day and night and use their horns when they do. trains are very loud. bugs have been getting in to the apartment. don't know how, I keep the window and sliding door shut. loud creaking in the ceiling, loud enough to wake me up in the morning when ever the person in the apartment above me walks around.
