January 9, 2026The neighbor and complex is pretty quiet. Great access to shopping, entertainment, food and freeway access. Pretty fast response to questions and work orders. Older apartments need a few upgrades, but without the price increase.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2025It's been peaceful staying at Rockledge. Me and my husband like that pretty much everything is nearby. Maintenance is quick. They also have monthly social events to get to know other tenants which is fun.Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2025I have lived here for the last couple of years and it has been great. Honestly the size of the apartments for the price was initially what drew us in and we just haven’t felt the need to leave yet, maintenance is super responsive and get our requests done within 24 hours in our experience, and communication has always been good with the leasing office. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the parking situation, we rarely have guests over due to there not being enough parking and luckily our work ...schedules we are able to find another spot mid day, but for others that might be a bit tough. Otherwise this is a great place to live :)Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2025I have never felt so welcomed and excited to be a part of an apartment community, it has been so welcoming and warm.
