$300 for bad customer service /:
January 12, 2022Firstly, the amount listed on their website was incorrect so I applied thinking it was cheaper than it was. Someone emailed me informing me of the mistake so over a week I ended up getting my application moved to another apartment. During which I let them know that I’m in a tough spot financially. I then waited almost a month to hear back from them after asking about pushing the move in date back (I reached out 3 times). When someone finally responded I asked for an estimate on move in costs. ...They slapped me with a $150 media fee added onto monthly rent that isn’t stated anywhere nor was it ever mentioned in my previous emails. After another week of waiting for a response with the estimate, I let them know that isn’t going to work and why wasn’t I informed of that from the beginning especially after stating I’m on a strict budget. They have refused to refund the admin fee of $300 due to holding the apartment for me for months. While the whole time I was waiting for responses and never fully informed of the cost. Bad way to do business and really a bummer.Property Manager Responded

We do have a policy for our staff members to disclose all fees, non refundable and refundable up front. We even further detail these items on the confirmation reservation document that we send to each applicant once we have a specific unit on hold for someone. My siblings when they came to visit were all jealous of the community center, pool, and hot tub as well as the quality of the inside of my apartment. The valet trash and package delivery systems are very convenient, the entire apartment community looks great, and I love the view from my balcony. The insulation seems to be good as I rarely hear my neighbors. Overall, I really enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

April 14, 2021I moved here from NYC during the pandemic. David here was so sweet and showed me multiple apartments via FaceTime. The staff really cares that you find the right home. Rockpoint Apartments are one of the few that actually look like the photos online. The living space is like no other and features top of the line finishes. One of my favorite features of my apartment is being able to control the door/AC/lights from my smartphone device. The amenities here make you feel like youre at a resort rather ...than an apartment building. Definitely recommending this place to all my friends!Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2021The maintenance staff is very professional and helpful. If they arent able to solve the problem immediately then they do the best they can or provide an alternative until they can get someone with the expertise to fix the problem. They always give you a heads up before entering the apartment and never leave a mess behind. Sometimes I feel like its elves that come to fix things while Im at work, you cant even tell they are there.Property Manager Responded
