September 2, 2025horrible living conditions , dirty hallways, kids that steal your packages, pests, overflowing garbage, plus no maintenance . Nasty, horrible
October 16, 2024This place is NASTY it's infested with bugs. Trash all over the grounds and the insides aren't kept up. The doors are being broken into and the neighbors are loud, rude and unsafe. The place looks NOTHING like the pictures. Mold in the bathroom, leaking AC that they didn't fix making our floors SOAKED and they didn't care.Property Manager Responded

Filthy, Nasty, Disgusting and Infested with Mice
September 1, 2024This apartment building needs to be torn down. Its disgusting and that's even before you get to the actual apartment.. The hallways are filled with trash and the carpet is filthy. Do not belive the hype they are trying to tell you to convince you to move there. Not sure how they even have a 3 star rating because they deserve 0 stars.Property Manager Responded

Terrible place to stay unless it’s your last resort
August 21, 2024Been here since the end of June and the place is horrible. Went against myself saying that this is a terrible place to live because I was in a bind and I’m really regretting it. Place was not cleaned prior to move in, multiple things are broken, socket for a/c isn’t compatible for the a/c unit I have, sinks in both bathrooms have poor water pressure, kitchen sink constantly needs repairing because it keeps leaking, there are no caps on heater fixtures, out of every door in my apartment only one ...works properly, the hallways in every building besides leasing office looks horrible, yard area looks a mess, and the screens to the patio and all windows have holes in them so bugs come in from time to time when my window is open.Property Manager Responded

No matter how many times they change management companies and they have changed like 4 since I have lived here for a year, things never improve. Not worth living here
April 27, 2022Management and the current staff has an overall serious lack of attention to detail(s) as well as a lack of picking up the phone and or opening the door during business hours. When and if the staff does decide to do their job they shown with a haphazard performance and when it is performed it is with a nasty “professional” attitude and demeanor. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
January 17, 2022The management is awful. No one ever answers the phone, when you go in the office the door is always closed with a “will return” sign. The doors to the apartments are extremely weak and able to be kicked in very easily (I’ve witnessed it). Fights in the hall ways. Cops showing up knocking on your door asking for people. A man was trying to get into my apartment thinking it was his own (weird) All of the drains clog and getting maintenance to come out is hard because management is poor. July 12, 2019They have rat and roaches supposedly today they where supposed to fumigate but then saw a large roach crawling and a baby mouse. Save your money and live somewhere else. The other apartment I moved from within rockside had the wall in the bathroom fall and it had mold. I hate this place. I'm telling you now you will regret it if you move here. Was ok at first
July 22, 2017. Eventually you'll notice roaches. Everywhere . After that you'll notice the lack of exterminations and other pests like MICE. I've been hearing them in the walls and vents and have killed 2 using traps I bought. This is a nasty complex . You don't need to be a dirty individual for these pests to show up here at Rockside . If your neighbor or even someone the next apartment over has these pests, you are bound to have them too. SAVE YOUR MONEY.Review from Apartments.com

Great at first glance...Awful at a second!
January 29, 2016The location is great, but do not let that fool you! It is within walking distance of several stores, shops and bars but it all comes with a catch. ROACHES! Everywhere. Two months in to my lease i noticed roaches, dead and alive, under appliances, in the bathroom and my bed. I gave the management a chance and showed them the "issue." The head manager's response was "Yeah, that building has been having issues with that. The exterminators come every week, call on Saturday and they will be there ...Monday." if you know of a problem, fix it.Why do I have to call every week? A month goes by and I think that the problem is fixed until I walk into the bathroom right before bed to see a visitor crawling on the wall behind the toilet. I understand that infestations are hard to rid, but I do not believe they are doing everything they can to fix the issue. It is disgusting and intolerable. DO NOT inquire within. Terrible landlords make for a terrible place to live
October 3, 2015I write this at 3 am because my land lords have refused to talk to my downstairs neighbor about his parties and loud music. My fridge has been broken since I moved in and they won't fix it. The whole complex has large sewer roaches they claim to spray for but won't. The front lock of my apartment complex is broken right now, so we have to leave it open or be locked out. If you ask them to fix anything, they look interested, write it down, and do nothing.
