Janky Vending Machine Company
December 15, 2025When I applied, there was both an application fee and a holding fee. For my wife and me, that totaled about $422 just to apply and hold the unit. We submitted everything, but because the application had trouble submitting and validating, we were essentially told, “Too bad—you’re welcome to try again, and you’ll receive the holding fee back.” Sure, great—so they kept the application fee entirely while we were expected to put up another $100 for a submission system that didn’t work for us. Mind ...you, before we were declined for the apartment, I reached out to them myself to let them know there was something wrong with their system—it had me verifying the application under my wife’s name. They said they would try to solve the issue, but what that really meant was that they weren’t going to do anything. Instead, they rejected the application outright. They clearly don’t have the time or willingness to review the good credit and rental history of two working people, and would rather let a flawed system do all the work. They may respond with a generic “Sorry about your experience,” but they will not give two hard-working people their money back. Apply at your own risk. September 7, 2024In August of 2024 they employed a new management company and it has been awful. Beyond the slumlord tactic of slapping on some new paint and charging $600 more in rent, the management here is immoral at best. They will tack on hidden fees like you have never seen. In addition they lie like they enjoy it. When something breaks, specifically your washer, it can talk MONTHS to fix. I moved into a unit with no working washer, and they lied as to why it was not working for over 60 days. I asked the ...maintenance person who fixed it what was wrong, and it was something totally different than what the property manager told me. This place will such the money out of ur wallet, please do not move here. Also they charge you for parking spots that are not anywhere near your unit. The spots do not correlate to your unit so sometimes you can be walking almost a quarter mile with groceries to ur unit. April 25, 2022This place is amazing, we moved in recently and we love how quiet it is inside our apartment, I barely hear my neighbors and when I do, I can't quite tell where it's coming from. The process of signing the lease was made a breeze with the help of Catalina. When we moved in, there was some minor repairs that needed to be done, I made a list of over 20+ things to take care of. Mario and his assistant Karina scheduled an appointment window with me to come and fix everything, and they were done in ...30 minutes. Truly Pet Friendly!
August 23, 2015If you are an animal lover and have fur children then this apartment is for you. There is no weight restriction (call for possible breed restrictions)! This was a huge plus as I have an 80lb golden retriever. There is a limit of 2 animals per apartment- in addition I have a cat (who transition to being an indoor cat since we live on the second floor) and I haven't had a problem with either so far. There is a large grass dog area/run in the back of the complex equipped with clean up bags and ...trash cans. The whole pet friendly aspect to this complex was a big plus and they have not changed the policy since undergoing new management either which was great! In addition, if you like to take your dog for a walk, the neighborhood is exercise/walk friendly with a decent size hill and about a 25-30 minute loop- which I walk almost everyday.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
