July 9, 2020The apartments are VERY poorly constructed, and it is near impossible to get someone to come help with repairs. After living there for a year, there were still issues that never were repaired. Plus, we had been told when we moved in that the back yard would be landscaped and fenced - that never happened. Instead, they left a ditch behind our apartment that looked awful. To top it off, Briceland held on to our deposit for much longer than is legally allowed (2 months!).
