About Rolling Hills Apartment Homes
Rolling Hills is a beautiful community that is sure to meet all of your expectations. You will be able to enjoy a variety of amenities here at Rolling Hills. We have a sparkling swimming pool with a picnic area and grills, sidewalks, and door to door trash removal. Our community offers a nature trail and we are located only 1 mile from Oak Ridge High School - One of the Top school systems in the US. Our spacious apartment homes are designed with large, open living areas and bedrooms. In addition, some of our floor plans feature built-in desks, and most have large screened in patios. Prices will vary depending on the unique features of each apartment home, the length of lease you sign, and which floor plan you would prefer. Also, the prices quoted do not include utilities. Our two bedrooms floor plans are 915 and 1000 square feet. Prices start at $845 per month. There is a $25 gas charge for hot water and a $4.95 billing charge per month.

We went to see the new apartment my fiancee started having allergy attacks everytime we were there. I checked the carpet and it was full of dog hair(which she's allergic to) from previous tenant. Leasing office wouldn't call us back about it for a week and then shrugged it off saying the last tenants never claimed pets saying it's our problem now, forcing us to pay out ...of pocket for steam cleaning service even though they charge a 500 dollar non-refundable pet deposit. They also have a large lease agreement that says you can't say anything that harms the character of the property management.Read More

November 14, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe rolling hills apartments started out seemingly nice... soon after moving in, there were roaches crawling around everywhere, police often in the parking lot, weird charges on my bills,and soon they stopped fixing things that went wrong but would say they fixed stuff. I feel trapped here because of all the additional fees they charge for moving out. I would not recommend this place to anyone that I cared for. Do not do it!!
