August 16, 2014Great location and outside well kept up. Office friendly when signing up,not so much when we needed repairs. We were there 8 months. We rented washer and dryer from them. Washer leaked,had to be replaced. Dish washer leaked, refrigerator leaked, no heat twice, had to have new furnace installed and ac did not work. All appliances are OLD!When we moved out we were charged 20.00 for a stain on the carpet that their repair person put in when replacing the furnace.Very time consuming dealing with the ...office when moving out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 26, 2013My husband and I have lived in Rolling Hills for several years. It is always a pleasure coming home to a welcoming landscaped property. The biggest perks are the attached garage, and the spacious living space. The office staff and maintenance staff is wonderful and professional.
