which wasn't. I lived there for over a year and by the time I moved out there was still a laundry list of things to be fixed (a lot of which were broken when I moved in). There was one management company ZanderCo (that was pretty horrible on their own) and then another company, MRP Properties bought the building. I thought conditions would improve but they only got worse. I was on month-month and I gave plenty of notice but the owner of MRP Properties (and the building) literally was screaming at me and threatened me when I called him to let him know I was moving. I had to submit a legal notice packet listing the conditions and issues just to be able to move out (even though I was giving 2 months notice which was generous considering the deplorable conditions of the apartment). Living here was a pretty horrible ordeal. Literally the only upside is the location it's close to Lansdowne center and in a pretty decent neighborhood area. It was an almost daily struggle with fixtures in the apartment breaking, with floods and leaks (yes there were multiple, my couch got soaked many, many times), with infestations and with trying to get management to fix basic things. I am so glad it's over and I never have to live there again. DO NOT LIVE HERE EVEN WITH THE LOWER PRICE IT IS NOT WORTH IT TRUST IT FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS.
