Maintenance request I submitted two maintenance requests. One regarding a possible clog in my sink and one regarding my garbage disposal, which is not working. Review We love living here but there have been some minor issues. The fire alarms have been ridiculous! 6 in less than a year. People do not clean up after their dogs and all the street parking can be a minefield of dog poop. AND not having A/C built into these units-being a metal sided building is terrible. It is expensive to live here and the little things do add up.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the fire alarms in the past. That issue was thoroughly investigated and traced to a tampered smoke detector in a resident’s unit, which led to repeated system-wide alarms while the fire department and our team worked to identify the source. We’re happy to share that the issue has since been fully resolved and we have not experienced further incidents.
We also hear your concerns regarding pet waste in and around the neighborhood. We regularly communicate reminders to residents and have installed waste stations throughout the property to support proper cleanup. We do also see impact from surrounding buildings in the area, which can make this an ongoing challenge, but our team continues to stay proactive with upkeep and expectations ...
within our community. With recent additions to our maintenance team, we’re optimistic about even more consistent grounds upkeep moving forward.
Regarding cooling, we understand how seasonal temperatures can affect comfort. While the building was not designed with built-in A/C, residents are welcome to use portable or window units, and our team is always happy to assist with recommendations.
