Maintenance request I submitted two maintenance requests. One regarding a possible clog in my sink and one regarding my garbage disposal, which is not working. Instead of the maintenance department sending someone to my unit to explore both issues, I was texted by one of the workers and recommended to hit the reset button on the disposal, which didn’t work. at work. Before the issue was even resolved, the maintenance department closed the request. I asked why the request had been closed, but no one responded. Therefore, my garbage disposal is still not working and water continues to stand in the sink when I run it. I’m unsatisfied with this service.

Review We love living here but there have been some minor issues. The fire alarms have been ridiculous! 6 in less than a year. People do not clean up after their dogs and all the street parking can be a minefield of dog poop. AND not having A/C built into these units-being a metal sided building is terrible. It is expensive to live here and the little things do add up.

That issue was thoroughly investigated and traced to a tampered smoke detector in a resident’s unit, which led to repeated system-wide alarms while the fire department and our team worked to identify the source. We’re happy to share that the issue has since been fully resolved and we have not experienced further incidents. We also hear your concerns regarding pet waste in and around the neighborhood. We regularly communicate reminders to residents and have installed waste stations throughout the property to support proper cleanup.
