November 25, 2025My experience so far at The Roost has been great, safe, spacious, and feels homely. But some areas need improvement- majorly communication from the front desk at times seems exhausting, and maintenance tasks take longer to be completed. November 20, 2025My time at the Roost has been pretty good, although I will say I think I got lucky based on what I've heard from other residents. First of all the area isn't the best, there was a shooting my first week here, my packages have gotten stolen, and people drive through blasting music at early as 4 am. The gate never works, but they provided security so that was nice. Matenience is slow and sometimes inconsistent. I've had a few issues with roaches but for the most part I've kept my unit clear. The ...mail system has not worked the entire time I've been here even though they keep saying they're going to fix it. The mailboxes are overflowing with previous residents mail. November 18, 2025So far, my experience in this apartment hasn't been bad, but there's definitely room for improvement. On the positive side, the location is great, with easy access to public transportation and local shops. The building is generally quiet, which I appreciate. However, the maintenance response time could be quicker; I had a leaky faucet that took a week to get fixed. Also, while the appliances are functional, they're a bit outdated.
