March 4, 2026This place is a fine place to crash if you need a soft place to land after life falls apart, but I'm not satisfied at all with the quality of the admin. We are ignored, we can experience things like dead appliances and a pool closed the entire summer with no recourse, and management does not care about you at all.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2026Overall living here is okay. The houses are very spacious and mostly clean. Our house does smell of cigarettes and the carpets were pretty dirty prior to moving in but other than that it’s been a good experience. Chelsea in the front office helped with all of my needs and I really appreciate her! The office staff for the most part and very nice and willing to help in anyway they can. Maintenance often come quickly and i’ve never had an issue with them. Overall, for cheap student housing this is ...the best option.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026The people I interacted with were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which significantly enhanced the overall experience. Their positive attitude and helpfulness created a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. This social aspect of the visit was genuinely five-star, and I have nothing but high praise for the individuals themselves. However, the apartment's physical presentation could have been substantially improved. While it was functional, it lacked the level of tidiness and polish that makes a ...space truly comfortable and inviting. A more thorough cleaning, better organization, and perhaps some minor touch-ups would make a considerable difference in future guest experiences.
