April 23, 2026Honestly, living at The Roost has been frustrating from the jump. The management is slow to respond, and when they do, it feels like nothing actually gets fixed. Maintenance requests take way too long, and you end up having to follow up multiple times just to get basic issues handled. The place looks decent at first, but once you’ve been here a bit, you start noticing the lack of upkeep. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. Parking can be a headache, and the overall environment just ...isn’t as comfortable or well-managed as they make it seem when you first tour. March 4, 2026This place is a fine place to crash if you need a soft place to land after life falls apart, but I'm not satisfied at all with the quality of the admin. We are ignored, we can experience things like dead appliances and a pool closed the entire summer with no recourse, and management does not care about you at all.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2026Overall living here is okay. The houses are very spacious and mostly clean. Our house does smell of cigarettes and the carpets were pretty dirty prior to moving in but other than that it’s been a good experience. Chelsea in the front office helped with all of my needs and I really appreciate her! The office staff for the most part and very nice and willing to help in anyway they can. Maintenance often come quickly and i’ve never had an issue with them. Overall, for cheap student housing this is ...the best option.Property Manager Responded
