I used to live there not quite a year ago, and it’s awful. The buildings are so old. There’s mold in the apartments. None of the wall plugs hold the plug, they just fall out. The ceiling leaks constantly when it rains. It takes maintenance FOREVER to fix something, if they even do, or say they’ll be back and never show back up. They come in your apartment for non emergencies when you ask them to wait for you to get home. Random cats run around the parking lot jumping on vehicles and clawing tires ...
and they do nothing about it. It wasn’t the best. You basically get what you pay for with that place.
