About Rose Park Apartments
Rose Park Apartments is an established community with a park like setting and cul-de-sac feel. We are located centrally to restaurants, shopping, quick access to I-5 and much more! Here on our property we have 5 on-site laundry rooms and assigned off-street parking. Our apartments are spacious, have lots of cupboard space, recent exterior upgrades and patios and/or backyards. Water, Sewer and Garbage are not included in shown pricing. Will be added on. Rose Park Apartments is Pet Friendly, so bring your furry friends! We have a maximum of 2 pets per unit, and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. As well as, an additional $300 security deposit per pet. We are a No-Smoking property. Water/Sewer/Garbage is billed separately at a flat rate depending on apartment size. Application Fee is $60 per person 18yrs and older (in money order format only) *Applied back towards your rent upon approval and move-in. Cleanliness?
September 3, 2025Apart from all the spider webs covering SOME of the exteriors ( which was addressed but never felt with) children running amuck at night, eggs were thrown at a tenants window about 2 weeks ago. This was reported yet maintenance have not bothered to clean them. What's that all about? Please clean! This is on the 2nd floor so unable to clean themselves.Review from Apartments.com
