Rose Park Apartments is an established community with a park like setting and cul-de-sac feel. We are located centrally to restaurants, shopping, quick access to I-5 and much more! Here on our property we have 5 on-site laundry rooms and assigned off-street parking. Our apartments are spacious, have lots of cupboard space, recent exterior upgrades and patios and/or backyards. Water, Sewer and Garbage are not included in shown pricing. Will be added on. Rose Park Apartments is Pet Friendly, so bring your furry friends! We have a maximum of 2 pets per unit, and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. As well as, an additional $300 security deposit per pet. We are a No-Smoking property. Water/Sewer/Garbage is billed separately at a flat rate depending on apartment size. Application Fee is $60 per person 18yrs and older (in money order format only) *Applied back towards your rent upon approval and move-in. September 3, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comApart from all the spider webs covering SOME of the exteriors ( which was addressed but never felt with) children running amuck at night, eggs were thrown at a tenants window about 2 weeks ago. This was reported yet maintenance have not bothered to clean them. What's that all about? Please clean! This is on the 2nd floor so unable to clean themselves.
