Please save yourself the trouble and do not move into this apartment complex. The roach problem is severe and clearly not limited to one unit — the entire property appears to be infested. This is not an isolated issue; it’s a building-wide problem. The internet service is extremely unreliable. It’s so poor that I regularly turn off the provided WiFi and rely on my 5G instead. On top of that, the required add-on fees (internet, parking, and other mandatory charges) add up quickly. You will end ...
up paying significantly more than the advertised rent, which feels misleading. Overall, this property is overpriced for the quality and conditions provided. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Rose beach? Should be roach beach! Cars get broken into ppl steal and gang members on regular basis. Gates are never secure, ppl. Break them. Stay away! 10 managers quit in like 18-14 months time!

Residents may reach out to the leasing office to schedule treatment for their home. Residents are encouraged to contact courtesy patrol and the La Mirada Police at (562) 902-2960 to report any suspicious activity. We also ask that residents lock their doors and keep their valuables out of sight. We keep our gates closed at night to minimize the traffic entering our community. We appreciate your feedback! This apartment complex is very poorly built, and maintained. The apartment itself looks like it's falling apart around you. With a complex with over 100 units it only provides 7 visitors parking spot. Oh and don't invited any one over when leasing office is close because their car will be towed. Employees in office are rude. Don't waste your time trying to contact corporate no ever get back to you

ONLY DO THEY SERIOUSLY HAVE A PEST PROBLEM, THEY ALSO SMELL OF THE LINGERING ODORS OF ALL THE BAD COOKING THAT HAS OCCURRED INSIDE THESE CRAMPED CHICKEN COOPS, I SERIOUSLY FELT TRAPPED BY THE WAY THESE APARTMENTS ARE LAID OUT. IT IS REVOLTING THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO RENT THE SMALLEST SHOE BOX UNIT FOR OVER 1,400, I LEFT AS SOON I ARRIVED. STAY AWAY ...

Not that happy. No one has taken my appliance issues seriously and have made me feel stupid when I say something isn't working right. Then when they finally attempt to fix it they somehow manage to make it my fault. Rent here is way too high for what I have. I feel like the place is falling apart around me. I need to move my family somewhere else that is nicer and bigger.

Finding a place for a dog over 50 lbs is nearly impossible and we were relieved to find Rosebeach. They were a lifesaver, literally, because we had no idea what we were going to do with our dog until we found this property. It is quiet, well maintained (maybe too much, the grass is still green), and maintenance is prompt and efficient. They work every day, even Christmas Eve. There could be more green space for the many kids in the complex, but as a pet owner it is satisfactory.
