April 21, 2023I lived here and the first day I saw a dead bug. I had never seen a roach a day in my life. And when I moved in, I started seeing roaches and I tried to break the lease a couple times, nope they kept saying they would bring pest control, and they never stopped the issue. Random Rent Increase
June 9, 2022Oakwood management which runs RoseBrook and many other rental properties increased my rent by 20% suddenly with very little warning. Very little amenities for the price. Go up the street to any other apartment for the same price and get central AC (these apartments have units in some rooms so the whole place is not cool), more space, thicker walls to keep in AC/heat, less crime (many cars get broken into), roofs that are not falling apart (shingles constantly fall and are never picked up), and ...working appliances. Great Community Gahanna Schools!
May 10, 2020I have lived here 5 years. For the price it can't be beat. The management is friendly and responsive. I have never had any issues with my neighbors. Maintenance is prompt and friendly .The only drawback are the lack of central air and a heat pump. Baseboard heating is expensive. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone. Loved these apartments
October 27, 2019I am currently a resident here and about to move but stayed here for about 4 years & have had a GREAT experience. I moved in on a killer deal for a 2 br, upstairs downstairs with washer and dryer in unit plus a patio area. My apartment was partially updated (the kitchen). I have only dealt with Dave who is awesome. Maintenance is SUPER quick. I think all my maintenance request got fixed either thr same day or next day. The rent is reasonable & your basically paying for the location which is ...awesome. Both Kroger & giant eagle across the street. Target up the street & tons of fast food chains (canes, chipotle, bibibop, chic fi la, etc) minutes from apartment. My only complaints are leaves always in my patio area during fall (the cleaners only clean your lawn but not your patio area & I have a huge tree that sits over my patio) and the 2nd complaint is that my particular apartment doesnt have central air/heat (other updated apartments do) so in the winter months my upstairs would be freezing cold &in the summer my upstairs would be very hot so my electric bill would be super high on some months & low other months.
