Good deal for the price in hershey
September 26, 2015I have lived here for 3 years and have had relatively no complaints. The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and very responsive to complaints, questions and concerns. There are even community wide activities that they hold a few times per year. The other tenants are very friendly and considerate. However, they could work a little on improving the common areas to the apartments as well as the gym facilities, also during the winter it often takes them a while to clear the snow in the ...parking areas. There is a large pool that is open for the entire summer and is great for lounging in the sun. All in all the complex is in a great area in Hershey, not near to noisy roads yet close to grocery stores, restaurants and the hospital.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Clean, Inviting, and great Property Management!
August 20, 2015I moved to this area just over a year ago. The property manager really went out of her way to accommodate the short time I had to find an apartment and also always remembered who I was even after the first meeting. There hasn't been many issues but the few that I have were taken care of same day or within a very reasonable amount of time. There is plenty of parking, beautiful pool and cardio gym, and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself was completely refinished ...with carpet paint and flooring prior to move in and I absolutely could not be happier! Great place to call home
August 7, 2015Management at Rosedale is wonderful! They are quick to solve any issue, from locking yourself out of your apartment, to any maintenance hiccups. Staff is friendly and strives to know each resident by first name. Some apartments are updated, other are slightly out of date, but all are very nice and comfortable.
