September 16, 2024Worse experience ever. Place ( all buildings) are infected with rotten (mices and roaches) They the problem exists but don't even acknowledge the properly. After I moved in and started to encounter the issue, call and they pretended it was the first time they heard about it. A year later still dealing with the problem, the sad part os that they don't keep up sending pet control to make sure that the problem has been resolved, you have to call and complain about it so the can schedule a pet ...control visit, unreal.Property Manager Responded

I Sometimes feel like I'm at a resort. Maintenance is professional, respectful, friendly and fixes issues in a timely manner, most importantly the Management. I must say that I'm impressed by the choice I've made. Overall, Rosemond Square is stunning. Great friendly responsive management staff.
