I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. It’s a quiet and nice place, which makes it easy to relax and feel comfortable. The resident portal could definitely use some updates to make it more user-friendly, but aside from that, it’s been a good experience overall.

Steve is always punctual with his service. When we add in an order , he always follow through on the task at hand. Steve always explains what he is doing and if there are questions, Steve answers . Steve patience is great as well. If every apartment has a maintenance man like Steve, it would be great. Always professional and follow through on his word. The apartments here aren't worth the amount that I pay every month. The door paint is peeling, there are roaches here, and some people don't pick up their dog's waste. There isn't enough parking as well.
