Very cozy and cute. The noise level is low. Need to pressure wash the breeze ways however, the property is well maintained. I love the area and the amenities. So far so good here

Quiet, neighborhood is so friendly and the area is amazing . It is 30 minutes from Disney and only 10 minutes from universal studios. Also 10 minutes from my job.

I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. It’s a quiet and nice place, which makes it easy to relax and feel comfortable. The resident portal could definitely use some updates to make it more user-friendly, but aside from that, it’s been a good experience overall.

Steve patience is great as well. If every apartment has a maintenance man like Steve, it would be great. Always professional and follow through on his word. The apartments here aren't worth the amount that I pay every month. The door paint is peeling, there are roaches here, and some people don't pick up their dog's waste. There isn't enough parking as well.
