May 28, 2025Fantastic location and serene setting. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, however the walls are thin. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are maintained but several amenities are neglected. The only pool on site was closed for 4 months (Feb-May) with no repairs or improvements made. Residents were informed that upcoming closures should be expected for repairs. The lights over the dog park have been out since October. The hammock park has been missing 2 of the 4 hammocks for 6 ...months. Several buildings have blinking external lights that need to be replaced.Property Manager Responded

May 12, 2025I am not at all satisfied, as I am unable to use the pool because it has been closed for almost 3 months because of the paver. I offered to do the repair and they told me that there was already a company that does the service but they don't fix it either!Property Manager Responded
