Susie is the BEST

AVOID
February 27, 2024This apartment complex is a JOKE! You will either walk in or over dog poop all the time and they do nothing about it, but send out a email or piece of paper on doors. Omg the gnats are unreal, I’ve never experienced gnats like this ever no matter what you do to get rid of them. oh and you might see roaches too. You may have to worry about your air going out and only getting “a” window unit that does cool anything off or you apartment just may flood and it takes forever for them to fix. They will ...lie and procrastinate as long as you let it. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live, because you won’t get what you pay forProperty Manager Responded

Terrible Apartment Experience
January 8, 2021I do not recommend this apartment complex. Upon moving out, we cleaned and scrubbed the apartment from top to bottom. We left that place cleaner than it was when we moved in. We still got charged a fee for uncleanliness upon moving out. When I say that it was cleaner than when we moved in, I am not kidding. There was tons of long, black hair in the carpet when we moved in, which did not belong to us. Lots of other things to mention as well. A few weeks after moving in, our bathroom ceiling ...started leaking. It took MONTHS to get them to come look at it. When they did come look at it, they just put some kind of putty over it and a week later it was leaking again. We mentioned it to management multiple times. If they wanted to spray for bugs, they would let us know at 6 PM the night before that we wouldn’t be able to be in our apartment for hours the next day. They knocked on the door early the next morning which woke us up, and before we had time to even get up, they were in our living room! When they heard us, they hurried up and left. This was the point that we knew we needed to get out of there. After moving out, and after they already charged us for having an unclean apartment (even though we cleaned it better than it was for us when we moved in) they charged us another fee SEVERAL MONTHS after we had already left, for something like garbage disposal. These people are trying to get as much money as possible from their tenants. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Terrible! Do not live here unless you want to l live in a hot swamp.
August 15, 2020Rosewood does not care about its tenants’ comforts. They will let you live with a huge Freon leak for your air conditioner and not fix it so you suffer and your utility bill suffers. The only good people here are the maintenance people who understand that 80 degrees is not livable. Don’t live here unless you want to be hot all the time and have subpar management looking after your living space.Review from Apartments.com

Vehicle Break-Ins Common Place
June 4, 2019Rosewood Apartments has had more than 3 vehicle break-ins within the last month alone. With several more happening throughout the year. Which is normal for apartment living, but we were told it is was a non issue with an officer living on property and "sheriff's department sending a unit around at random". I have only seen them once. And now a 4th where a vehicle had it wheels and tires stolen last night. If you have a nice vehicle avoid this place. But if you like having your truck window mashed ...in, your vehicle ransacked, or your wheels and tires stolen while you sleep by all means this is a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Each resident has been told to keep all valuables and personal items either out of sight in the vehicles or not keep them in the vehicles at all. It is unfortunate that this occurred at Rosewood. July 2, 2018My husband and I have been at Rosewood Apartments for almost 3 years. The property is in beautiful location and has plenty of amenities. Something we have always been impressed with is the quality of the grounds and yard work. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any problems that arise. The office is OUTSTANDING; the staff is extremely friendly. Stacy has gone out of her way, on more than one occasion, to accommodate us above and beyond your typical customer service. July 2, 2018We stayed here for a weekend last month and it was amazing. Such a friendly staff. We felt welcomed the moment we walked into the front office. Stacy made sure we had everything we need for our stay. She showed us around and even mentions good places to eat! The apartment we stayed at was fully furnished and so clean. The pool was a nice place to relax from the humidity too. We will definitely stay at the rosewood apartment again. July 2, 2018I have family who live at the Rosewood Apartment Complex and I can say they are very nice apartments. The buildings have a homey feel and are beautifully designed. The pool is an added bonus along with the closed off dog park on site.
