LOVE LOVE LOVE!
July 2, 2025I recently had the pleasure of living at Rosewood Apartments, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience! From the moment I moved in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who made the entire process seamless and welcoming. The amenities are fantastic! The fitness center is well-equipped, and I loved having access to the beautiful pool area, perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The landscaping around the property is meticulously maintained, creating a peaceful ...and inviting atmosphere. My apartment was modern and spacious, featuring high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. The layout was perfect for my lifestyle, and I appreciated the attention to detail that made it feel like home. Plus, the community is very quiet, which I found to be a great feature! The location is also a major plus. Rosewood Apartments is conveniently situated near shopping centers, parks, and eateries, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. What truly sets Rosewood apart, though, is the sense of community. The staff frequently organized community events that encouraged neighborly connections, which I found to be a wonderful touch. An exploitative cash grab
April 4, 2025The property management team is incredibly unprofessional. Promises to return phone calls with no follow through, service tickets that get closed out without being attempted, and just poor property quality overall. On top of that, I get to pay nearly $200 a month more than my rent in ridiculous "community fees" and for the "community water bill" when there is a busted water main they refuse to fix. These buildings are 30 years old. Isn't all this stuff what my rent is supposed to cover? Run away ...as fast as you can from this place. It is borderline unlivable (I type this from 82 degree apartment, as the A/C went out and they refuse to fix it).Property Manager Responded

Over priced and poor management
June 30, 2016By far the worst place I've rented from and I've rented from some really poorly managed places in my days. Apartments are in pretty terrible shape. Mine has multiple colors of paint on the walls, rips in the floor, carpeting that needed replacing probably 5 years ago. Management is slow to respond (if at all). Even corporate refuses to respond to address issues, as I had with the staff destroying my apartment and leaving a mess after replacing heating/ac and water lines in the middle of winter. I ...still have yet to hear back from corporate about that... The office is not open during its posted hours and makes it difficult to pay rent when you work a 9-5 job. The nicest thing I can say is that my neighbors have been pretty quiet and respectful. If you're looking for a nice place to rent, I'd suggest looking elsewhere unless you like it taking 3 weeks to get your work orders completed (3 weeks to replace a furnace filter is unacceptable, period.
