Unhappy Resident at Rosewood apartments
April 26, 2024I lived at Rosewood apartments in Redlands for one year and six months and was consistently disappointed by the living experience. Despite the high rent, the apartment suffered from thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors, resulting in constant noise. The freeway proximity added to the noise issue. Additionally, management seemed unresponsive to my concerns about noise and security. There were also significant parking problems. Assigned parking wasn't enforced, so residents often occupied the ...limited free-for-all spots, making it difficult to find parking after work or during peak hours. The overflowing dumpsters with transients rummaging through them, and the package thefts from the porch, further heightened the feeling of insecurity.Property Manager Responded

Rosewood - the place to be!
August 16, 2015I have lived at the Rosewood community for over 7 years. What first attracted me to the complex was its proximity to my job. I can actually walk or ride my bicycle to work if I wanted to. It's also close to many stores, restaurants, and the 10 freeway. Splash Kingdom water park is nearby as well. My one bedroom unit is a good size for me, and the buildings and grounds are very well maintained. The units come with stackable washer/dryers which makes doing laundry extremely convenient. The complex ...is always involved in a renovation project with one thing or another. I like this because they're always trying to improve things, whether it's resurfacing the parking lot or totally remodeling the patios and balconies. The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff is at the top of their game. I recently misplaced my keys and the office and maintenance folks made sure I was let in to my apartment quickly. Luckily, I found my keys later. The staff is also doing their best to make sure their residents are safe by periodically conducting safety inspections on the units. They also keep us well informed of any upcoming projects or events. There was a strange thumping noise occurring recently and the office figured out it was coming from the massive construction site across the street. I would never have known this. The complex also has events that allow us to engage with our fellow residents, such as breakfasts and dinners in the clubhouse. This is a nice way to get to know our neighbors and staff.
