About Rosewood
Rosewood is a senior community on one level with many amenities for seniors or persons with disabilities, regardless of age; and is in a great location within walking distance of the Village of Shelby and the Rails to Trails Conservancy. Our residents enjoy watching and feeding the birds, squirrels, and cattle and calves walk up the hill every morning to their feed. We have a nice common area to sit and visit, wait for your mail, work on an on-going puzzle, or whatever interests you! We have monthly potlucks and monthly birthday celebrations that include a small gift. You may have family gatherings in the common area also. We occasionally have entertainment from locals such as, "The Clomping Dancers" who dance out on our patio for us. Stop in and check us out! Rent based on income. Barrier free units may be available.
