March 24, 2026I’ve been living at Rosewood Village Apartments for a while now, and it’s been a consistently positive experience. The community is well-maintained, with clean grounds, nicely kept landscaping, and common areas that are regularly taken care of. It’s generally quiet, which makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The management team has been friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been responsive and helpful. Maintenance has ...also been reliable—requests are handled in a timely manner, and the work is done properly, which I really appreciate. Inside the apartment, everything has been functional and comfortable. The layout is practical, and I haven’t had any major issues with appliances or utilities. Parking has also been convenient, and I haven’t had trouble finding a spot. Another big plus is the location—it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday essentials, which makes running errands quick and easy. At the same time, the area still feels calm and not overly crowded. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and dependable place to live. I feel safe here, and the environment has been consistent. May 30, 2025Been here 7 years. If you live in a basement unit, please get your own renters insurance and skip they one they offer you with your lease. It does not cover floods, and these units do flood. Other than that, I like the amenities and location.Review from Apartments.com

May 7, 2025I have lived at Rosewood Village for awhile now. I had a few issues with the old unit I was in and asked to be transferred to a new unit. I was living in the basement apartment and I am now on the 3rd floor. Morgan was so helpful with making everything go so smoothly with my transfer. She answered all my questions in a timely manner.
