Pool, laundry room. Convenient location, generally quiet. Lots of office turnover and corporate-y / evasive responses ("can't do much for you", "that's a third party app", " I just work for Wooten, you can contact them but they won't take phone calls", etc) Maintenance is usually responsive to general fixes when staffed ~ Jen F

Maintenance is fully staffed and responds super quickly, grounds are always well kept and clean, and everyone you talk to is super friendly and understanding.

The community is well-maintained, with clean grounds, nicely kept landscaping, and common areas that are regularly taken care of. It’s generally quiet, which makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The management team has been friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been responsive and helpful. Maintenance has ...also been reliable—requests are handled in a timely manner, and the work is done properly, which I really appreciate. Inside the apartment, everything has been functional and comfortable. The layout is practical, and I haven’t had any major issues with appliances or utilities. Parking has also been convenient, and I haven’t had trouble finding a spot. Another big plus is the location—it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday essentials, which makes running errands quick and easy. At the same time, the area still feels calm and not overly crowded. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and dependable place to live. I feel safe here, and the environment has been consistent. The grounds and pool are maintained efficiently. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues, neighbors are from a variety of backgrounds and are always considerate. For all these reasons, I recommend the Rosewood Village apartments.

I was living in the basement apartment and I am now on the 3rd floor. Morgan was so helpful with making everything go so smoothly with my transfer. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has also been very helpful anytime I have had something I needed fixed.

The move in process under a few different property managers was difficult but since Morgan has been the property manager things have gone smoothly. She is very communicative and quick to respond to any questions and address concerns. I have enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone looking.
