Very happy and peaceful
August 6, 2025The flowers always stay pretty even when it's hot outside at Rosewood Village. The rabbits and squirrels are very friendly here, my dog loves them! Lots of places to park under the shade. Very friendly neighbors as well! Definitely enjoy living here.Review from Apartments.com

May 30, 2025Been here 7 years. If you live in a basement unit, please get your own renters insurance and skip they one they offer you with your lease. It does not cover floods, and these units do flood. Other than that, I like the amenities and location.Review from Apartments.com

May 7, 2025I have lived at Rosewood Village for awhile now. I had a few issues with the old unit I was in and asked to be transferred to a new unit. I was living in the basement apartment and I am now on the 3rd floor. Morgan was so helpful with making everything go so smoothly with my transfer. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. November 5, 2016I have lived at Rosewood Village for 9 years and I just renewed my lease. Since I am the pet official, I chose Rosewood to keep my boy, Buddy the cat, safe. I thought it was going to be nearly impossible to find a pet friendly complex, but the Wooten Co offers several pet friendly options for apartment renters.
