I’ve been living at Rosie Apartments for about 5 months and honestly, it’s been great. The apartments are modern, clean, and nice. Simple luxury done right. The downtown Phoenix location is hard to beat restaurants, bars, work, and public transit are all close by. Even being downtown, it still feels calm and comfortable.
