MRS MELANIE is the BESTEST
May 27, 2025I absolutely loveeeee Mrs Melanie. She is such a professional, polite, always kind and make sure things get done in a timely manner. I really appreciate the laundry room rehab ~ extremely nice & easy to clean. Mrs Melanie moved me in my same apartment January 2012 and I absolutely loveeeee living in Fremont Manor. Maintenance
October 1, 2024Maintenance is awesome, any time we’ve have had any issues big or small they’ve been fixed pretty immediately. Aside from the small leak in a fridge and that only took a week and that was because they ordered a new one.Property Manager Responded

WORST APARTMENTS
June 25, 2024Maintenance suck, appliances are out dated. They won’t bring in brand new appliances or change anything unless you move out. The walls are so thin and the rent isn’t worth itProperty Manager Responded

Excellent Housing
March 20, 2024In regards to apartments in Fremont, OH this is top notch. The grounds are clean and well kept. There is a play area for children. The apartments are pet friendly and this is highly unusual. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to shopping, gad, banking, etc. The apartments are near the school district and is an excellent option for families. If this is a starter apartment or long term it is a great choice. I feel safe having my family here.Property Manager Responded

Big improvements
March 21, 2023Lived here over 10 years and seen a lot of people come and go. New office people too. I have to say that for the first time I believe I can remember this place is clean the grounds are clean the laundry room is clean. I guess you had to hire someone who cared enough to put the work in. The new manager doesn’t just sit in office. I see her picking up trash and sweeping these halls. Stayed here for over a year
August 23, 2016I stayed here for a little over a year without any issues. I left when i purchased a house. The closing on my house took a lot longer than expected. i had to extend my notice several times and they were ok with letting me extend it each time. It took just under 30 days to get deposit back. The only thing they took out was the carpet cleaning which was cheaper to have there people do it than Stanley's Steamers to do it.Review from Apartments.com
