Smoking in building

I don't know why, who, or how this is happening but there is a consistent issue with smoking (mainly marijuana) inside the building. Management is aware but the issue persists even though smoking isn't permitted inside the building. This causes an issue where smoke infiltrates your apartment and affects the air quality in your own home. I would not recommend living here just because of that issue.

I hands enjoyed living here. Nice and quiet neighbors, clean, and close to everything i do. The staff is super nice and helpful. I haven't had any issues with maintenance or the facilities.

staff is friendly and responds quickly when we express concerns about the apartment. however i feel that there are times when maintenance takes awhile to fix some issues with the unit. otherwise we have no issues
