Fine place, not luxury
April 9, 2023Fine place to live, but there are probably better options. Maybe across the road. The property may have been luxurious when first opened but it’s age and poor maintenance have stripped it of that. Nothing ever works. Garage gates always opened or stuck closed. Building doors don’t open when they should or they don’t close correctly. Fire alarms always going off. Trash chutes stuck. Cockroaches in the building. Old appliances. Poor carpentry, nails sticking out from the floor. Ugly countertop ...selection I’m certain units. Poorly designed sinks. Poorly maintained shower Neighbors speeding through small garage, blasting music after hours, smoking weed (smell somehow spreads to my unit), domestic fighting, stomping. Packages are often lost, stolen, or undeliverable. May be due to difficult to access package lockers. Maintenance requests are prompt. High ceilings are enjoyable. Hallway tiles are nice.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance staff is always on top of things and professional. The grounds, garage, and common areas are keep clean year round.
