The ac constantly goes out and they don't care if your child has asthma or other health issues. There's no parking when you get home from work and no regular maintenance. The drug activity was really bad until the last 6 months. Management is always changing and the one now is very unpleasant no matter how patient and nice you are. She doesn't know how to be civil and thinks it's okay to talk disrespectful. You're supposed to accept it or she'll just hang up on you. Right after we moved in we saw the neighbors carry in live chickens. Then an hour or 2 later there's a bloody board or cut log on the porch. The pungent curry smell is so strong it comes through the walls. Rules constantly change depending on the kind of day management has. They don't put your rent check through until its convenient and then try to charge you with a late fee months later. That only happened a couple times. They could care less about you or the apartments. Do yourself a favor, no matter how good it sounds find something else.
