Cockroach infested and lazy staff
June 3, 2025This was the worst apartment I have ever had. I lived at Royal Arms for 4 years in two units. The first year was great. Towards my last year, the apartment building became infested with cockroaches. The staff did absolutely NOTHING about it until I had to bring someone higher up into the conversation where they discovered their pest control company stopped coming. Tell me how a management company doesn't notice something like that?? Deena the head property manager was consistently rude and ...forgetful and has been seen taking naps in her office. Wonderful Staff!
June 8, 2019I lived in Royal Arms for three years. I would highly recommend them! The people in the office knew me by name and exactly where I lived. It made me feel safe and secure. I also loved how fast maintenance was! I could put in a request in the morning and they would be there same day. The apartments are older, but they have a nice look to them that makes them feel newer. I would definitely recommend these apartments for anyone because of how safe I felt and the great location. Everything you need for the best price!
June 11, 2018I lived at Royal Arms for 5 years and I never considered looking anywhere else for housing. There are 2 pools, an exercise room, a clubhouse, laundry facilities, and a volleyball court. Maintenance always responded to my requests within the day and were extremely efficient. Royal Arms is located within a GREAT location of Nashville - everything you need is within walking distance. This place is excellently priced and I don't think you'll find anything cheaper with these amenities and for this ...location.Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2015Beautiful grounds, pools, grills, volleyball court, laundry, and work-out room. Office quickly responds to any maintenance request, even on the weekends. Rent is very reasonable and we are zoned for excellent schools.Review from Apartments.com
