Not a good Idea
December 17, 2015If you are rats friendly that will be the perfect place to live. The people are unreliable, they usually promise that they gonna fix any problem reported but you have to be on top of them to have the problem resolved. They use cheap unreliable appliances, constant clogging with everything, it's a nightmare for this old apartment complex. Besides of being in a very good location close to almost everything, there's nothing positive about living there.Review from Apartments.com
Don't move here!
August 3, 2015I have had nothing but problems since I moved here. I thought I was getting a good deal on a 2/2 apt but it's not worth the headache. I've had a rat problem, bugs/roaches, and most recently a whole day without running water (which is included in the rent). The office staff is clueless and refuse to give out corporates number for complaints (and when you do complain, or when the entire complex was without water for 10 hours, they give you a sob story about "how it could be worst"). The bug problem ...is ridiculous and even after they spray roaches are still in the apartment. Seriously considering breaking my lease to move. Pet and kid friendly
July 23, 2015I like my one bedroom apartment. Occasional problems arise such as bugs, barking dogs and bouncing basketballs. Right now the AC is not working properly. Sometimes the washing machines or dryers don't work properly. The girls in the office heed my complaints, generally, and remedy the various situations. The location is central. The rent is relatively low. The beaches are close by and , for now, this is home.Review from Apartments.com
clean friendly community
October 14, 2013Out of the two other apartment complex's i have lived in i think royal breeze has to be the nicest place yet. The office staff is very nice and friendly and they really communicate with the community in the monthly news letters that they hand out door to door. I also enjoy the pools and the gym room and its even nice to jog around the complex sometimes. I plan to renew my lease and stay here.Review from Apartments.com
