FANTASTIC PLACE TO LIVE !!
February 23, 2019Since moving into Spanish River Apts in November I have been nothing but impressed with the community, apartment , and the staff which is on the property daily taking care of the grounds day after day !! The property manager Sheena , who also lives her has been available whenever I've needed anything to be done asap !!! I am a very particular person when it comes to service and maintenance and they are right on the money and things get done within a day or 2!! As far as the grounds and our view ...!! You will not find a better place in Boca!! 2 pools right on the Intercoastal, staff cleaning grounds and building daily , and covered parking if you want . I wake up or sit by my pool watching every boat you can imagine go by right in front of me as they cruise the Intercoastal, I could not have picked a better place and will be here for a long time . Oh did I forget to tell you? Try and find a place like this in East Boca and compare prices ? Some places I looked at were rediculous and over priced and I feel Spanish River was very fair for this area , you can walk A1A as well as wall to the beach !! February 20, 2019I just renewed my lease at Royal Colonial Apartments for the third year. I can’t say enough about the property and manager, Sheena . Anytime I have an issue it’s resolved immediately via text (AMAZING). I enjoy my weekends poolside watching the boats go by. It’s a beautiful family friendly community with an amazing sunset view. So many things broken around the complex including the gym equipment which he ...refuses to fix or replace. The property manager isn't any better. If its not going to benefit them, then your problem is not important. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear people talking that are 2 apartments down. just overall a horrible experience.
